The eagerly anticipated third edition of the Shining Star Awards is set to take place in Dharamshala on June 2, 2025, marking a significant occasion for students throughout Himachal Pradesh. This event aims to honor those who have excelled academically, particularly those achieving outstanding results in their board examinations.
This year's awards are sponsored by Guru Study Centre-Dharamshala, with support from Aarni University, HIET Group of Institutions, Graphic Era Deemed to be University-Dehradun, P3Y, Soul Frame-Dharamshala, and Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL).
Having successfully organized two previous editions in 2023 and 2024, the Shining Star Awards will once again recognize the achievements of Class X and XII students who have attained scores of 85 percent or higher in their board exams.
Deputy Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Mukesh Agnihotri, will be the chief guest at this prestigious event, which will also see the presence of various dignitaries, educators, and community leaders to kick off the celebrations.
More than 1,000 participants, including students, parents, teachers, and esteemed academics, are expected to attend. Sunil Chadha, Executive Editor, expressed, "We are committed to acknowledging the remarkable accomplishments of young individuals across Himachal Pradesh and aspire to collaborate with them for a progressive future."
S Gopal Puri, Political Editor, emphasized that this event is not just about recognizing student achievements but also a moment of pride for parents who have supported their children tirelessly.
In addition to the awards, the organization maintains ongoing engagement with students, focusing on their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Abhinav Sharma, Head of Human Resources, noted, "The release of results provides us with a valuable opportunity to connect with students from various backgrounds."
As the third edition approaches, all eyes are on Dharamshala, setting the stage for a season filled with recognition and inspiration.
